Returns]]> Oh yes it does! Jungle Swing’s Stomp it Off! Swing Dance returns from summer hiatus on September 10th and we here at headquarters know that a great many of you have been waiting a little less than patiently for this day to arrive. So dust off your Charleston moves, whip up some swing-outs, and get ready to sweat! DJ Hussy will be on the decks playing her amazing array of swinging jazz tunes and keeping your feet on the dance floor for hours. Of course, we’ll be back at our old stomping grounds (pun intended) in the Grandview Legion Auditorium located at 2205 Commercial Drive on the corner of Commercial and 6th. Look for our banner at the front door and join the fun at Vancouver’s biggest Swing Dance, Stomp it Off!

The Stomp it Off! Swing Dance Reopens September 10th
Location: 2205 Commercial Drive
Time: Doors open at 7:30pm

  • Drop-in Swing Dance Lesson, presented by Rhythm City, starts at 8:00pm
  • Dance from 9:00pm to 1:00am

Value: $13.00 regular price and $10.00 for Jungle Swing Members (Drop-in lesson included)

Many of you have been out dancing as much as possible around town and around the world, attending Lindy Hop and Balboa events everywhere you can. Some of you will be coming in to try swing dance for the first time. Others still will be looking to build off of what they learned in the past year as newer swing dancers who have yet to take up the challenge of the summer Lindy event season. To all of you, welcome to the fall season of Stomp it Off!
